Policies

Due to insurance requirements the following policies have been established:

·	No alcohol will be permitted on board
·	All personnel will wear life preservers while underway
·	Children under 13 must wear life preservers at all times
·	All appropriate licenses and permits are required (Mexico license may be purchased locally)
·	Clients may bring their own equipment (no more than 1 box and 4 rods) Or equipment will be provided with advance notification
·	Any special needs such as medicinal condition or handicaps should be addressed at time of booking
·	Clients are responsible for their own food and drink

(Note: failure to abide by these policies absolves Cast Away Guide Service and Capt. J.C. Gwynne of any and all liability.)

Rates and Fees

Full Day (8 Hrs) 1 or 2 people…...$350     Half Day (4 Hrs) 1 or 2 people…...$275
Follow boat…...$125

Note: 7 days advanced booking normally required. Short notice bookings
accepted as available. $100 deposit required to confirm booking.
Deposit returned if more than 7 Days notice on cancellation or can be applied
to reschedule within 30 days.
